Help with load order

ive been trying for a while now to get these specific mods to run on my Skyrim SE but no matter how many times i load it it seems like all mods dont load. is there anyways someone can help me?

and maybe give me some suggestions? I'm new to skyrim modding and really need a guide. anyways heres my load order if anyone here can help id really appreciate it.

id give a crash log or something but the game doesn't crash and i have no idea how to generate one.

You're not going to like it.

 

Cut your load order in half and get your game stable. Then add back mods 5 (or so) at a time so that, if you hit a snag you know from whence it's coming. If you want personal suggestions of some of the mods that I think would be most helpful to remove I'll be glad to give it but, like so much else, that would be my personal choices and SOMEONE will tell you something else.
