biggieB7 Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 Hello all and thinks for your help. Ive downloaded mods for SIM4 from here and after extracting them, I simply place those .package files into the SIMS4 "mods" folder and start the game. Now with Skyrim SE, I am using the NMM, and Nexus Mods. And I am not having problems with those. However, when i download and extract the files from LL, I cannot add them via file name to NMM. Is how do i get LL extracted files into NMM ooooor do i just copy them into the mods folder of Skyrim SE?

Normaly you shouldn't have to extract them, just ad the archive as it is into the Mod Manager. But i might have understood your question wrong and if so i am sorry for that.. ps: you handle every mod here just like any other mod you get from nexus, except the ones who say you have to put them manually (But i never saw one here. only thing i ever did manually where the engine fix and script extender.) Dunno how much Skyrim modding differe from Sims, but you might want to read some guides for it since it gets really messy, really fast and getting infos beforehand will safe you lots of time and headaches. (you really don't and shouldn't follow it to the letter since at the end, the game has to be to your liking but pay attention on the section Preinstallation and Lovers Lab.) (also very informative )
TheBlessed00 Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 I use Vortex and I just drag the zip into the downloads. The mods themselves should tell you how to install them manually.
SpyVsPie Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 Click the green plus sign in the top leftish of NMM to add new mods and select the zipped folders from whatever folder you downloaded them to, don't unzip them first.
