Jelbee1989 Posted March 7, 2021 Posted March 7, 2021 I no longer have any wicked options. I uninstalled all WW animations and reinstalled wicked whims and restarted the game and still no Wicked options. Anyone else?
Oops19 Posted March 7, 2021 Posted March 7, 2021 Which update? https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/update-notes lists Feb 25th. Enabled all CC and mods again? Updated WW and other mods?
Jelbee1989 Posted March 7, 2021 Author Posted March 7, 2021 The update Wicked Whims released yesterday. Everything still enabled Removed anything relating to WW
Jelbee1989 Posted March 7, 2021 Author Posted March 7, 2021 I don't understand, I'm getting the orange notification when I log in that would usually say "Wicked Whims is Sad" but it's blank and still no wicked options. I've tried everything
pennyq Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 I'm having the same issue. Gonna try just using the version before to see if that works for now.
BiaX Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 Hello! Look, I don't know if it's a whicked problem. Many people have reported problems with mods after the last update released by EA, including me. My mods were simply not running, even though they had been installed and activated in the game. How I resolved: Go to The Sims folder in 'documents'. Back up the mods, saves and tray Delete the entire folder 'The Sims' of documents Start the game. It will take a while to enter because it will reset all settings. Activate the mods and scripts, close the game. Another folder will have been generated in your documents instead of the old one. Copy the files (DO NOT COPY THE OLD FOLDER, JUST THE FILES) back to their places. Open the game. Your mods should be functional again. Try this and see if you can solve your problem with whicked. I hope it helps!
Oops19 Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 It usually helps to update and repair the game before using a WW version made for the current game version. Rename Mods to Mods-xx and start with an empy Mods folder + WW only. Nearly 100 % success rate.
