Throw up option on toilet.

So the second a sim conceives, the option to throw up instantly appears when I click on a toilet. This is before any pregnancy test. I'd rather wait until the morning sickness shows up, or take a pregnancy test. But there's no point because as soon as I see that "throw up" option, I know for sure the sim is pregnant. Is there a way to turn that off? Thanks ahead of time.

What you describe could be a game bug ... For me it makes no sense that it only works during pregnancy.  Install https://modthesims.info/d/614403/quot-throw-up-quot-for-everysim-v-1-2-4.html and it will always show up.
