gerra6 has a tool called pose converter that can change a pose from one game to another. The pose converter works with fallout 3 fallout NV oblivion and skyrim nifs. All you have to do is set the from and to and your ready to go.

So say you want to convert from skyrim to oblivion you would select the skyrim to oblivion one and the nif will be converted to oblivion pose the nif will still be skyrim nif so you'll still have to do other things.

seems like a very useful tool, but i cannot find the way to install and run it. The developer only said "Run the script", but i dont know what it excatly means or how to operate it.

Extract file into a folder and run convert pose.bat. If there is no destination or target folder you might have to do this once and then close it and start it again to make it make a target and destination folder. File - target option - select target folder. Next select file - select destination folder.

When you have a target folder place the nif into it and then start then run the convert pose.bat then click file - target option - select target folder - target folder - then select file - select destination folder - output folder .

Select game - skyrim pose to - oblivion/fallout click ok.

It'll start running if it completes the completed nif should be found in the output folder with a new pose.
