Kyle Woohoo Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 I am not sure when it happened but I think it might have to do with the last updates. I just wondered why some of my favorite animations for gay couples are not played anymore. For example when I wanted to let my guys play on the floor I had much more animations to choose from for each category. When I look at the animations lists I see that there are still many animations which would allow gay couples (by the roles settings, for example M + B/F) but now I also see a new setting "HO" and "HE" (or maybe it was there all the time and I just realize it now) which stands for homosexual and heterosexual I think. So the animations with settings "M + B/F" but "HE" cannot be used for gay couples anymore. Is this possibly the problem? Has anyone else the same problem?
Kyle Woohoo Posted March 1, 2021 Author Posted March 1, 2021 Ok, I am now quite sure that it is the orientation setting mentioned above (HO / HE / BI). I can only choose from animations which have the orientation setting HO.

I think I found the solution: Sex settings > Gender settings > Advanced gender settings > Fit sex animations to sexual function Sexual function is a strange labelling here but I think it is the here mentioned setting "Fit Sex Animations To Sexual Orientation". When I uncheck this setting I have all my loved animations back ?

When I uncheck this setting I have all my loved animations back ? If I'm not mistaken that switch is to try and stop MM pairs from using MF animations, etc., but I may be wrong. Other WW gender rules can bypass sims actual gender preferences so sims will 'do it' with any gender.
