[solved] Hands Visual Glitch (NO Mods, Just SKSE64)

THIS suddenly appeared in my game. What you can see on the screenshot is my game without ANY mods, not even USEEP, or NoIntro or something like that, Only Vanilla .esm's and NO texture or model replacers. 

The only thing here is that I'm running it through SKSE.exe through MO2. That's it. 

I tested it running Skyrim through default Skyrim Launcher and everything is fine. 
 

I'm also tried to replace meshes - it doesn't affect anything. 

 

It drives me insane. Any thoughts? 

 

UPD: Can't say I'm necessarily an idiot but it was my fault: I forgot that I added the line fNear1stPersonDistance=0.0000 in skyrim.ini to prevent glow effect with ENB. That was the thing that caused the glitch WITHOUT and ENB. Solved/Closed
