[SOLVED] FPS is extremely low after updates?

Hello guys
I just loaded up my skyrim for the first time in a couple of weeks and noticed my vortex updated a few mods and asked to restart.
After restarting my FPS is incredibly low compared to what it was before (Used to be 75+, now its 15-18fps) and I have no idea why.

I'm using ENB (haven't gotten the update for it yet) and about 180 mods lol so i have no idea which is the culprit or why this is even happening, any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: For whatever reason, updating my nvidia drivers caused an issue and after running the GeForce experience 'game optimizer' FPS was back to normal. Still not sure what the Vortex updates were lol

Lol, Vortex automatically updated mods? I've never seen that before.  Vortex will update its own infrastructure, but not the game. That (afaik) requires the user to initiate updates of Skyrim mods. Where is that setting?

Hmm not sure if it was the mods that was updated then, but it updated twice (restarted both times).

I just realized it isn't the mods though I disabled all of them, made a fresh start and was still only getting 20-22 fps. Could it be some sort of GPU drivers issue? I just updated those recently...
