Some Creature Animations won't play[solved]

I have some weird issue where certain creature animations won't play. The actors will teleport into each other, undress and the message that animation XY is playing will pop up but that's the end of it. I noticed this issue for dwarven spiders, spheres, centurions and for chaurus flyers so far while other creatures like spiders, giants or horses work just fine. I did all of the common troubleshooting already and im kind of  at my wits end right now. The issue is very much like the one billy describes in his faq for his animation pack. Im using the pack among others but already tried his suggested fix and it did nothing for me.

Nvm fixed it, was a savegame issue.
