house/ dungeon hunting in SE

Does anyone have any recommendations for Skyrim SE player homes that are zaz animation and furniture friendly, i was going to go with the "Underground bathhouse and Paradise Valley" but the game wont even launch when i install it. (I know its not like i have something that would spawn where it goes most of my mods affect the player or add spells and such), or the Hearthfire Dungeon addon but i couldn't find an SE version for that one. Any help is appreciated

the only other one that I know of is the sex dungeon add on to the hearthfire homes.

you wouldn't happen to have a link would you? the only one i can find doesn't work with SE

Looks like the Hearthfire Dungeon Addon hasn't been ported to SSE yet

Thanks for the confidence, but I can't test it, as I use custom play home mods.
