question about mod organizer 2

i download Bakayrim mod pack, but i don't now how to install it, it requires mod organizer 2 and i never used mo2 before

 

 

what do i do ?

pack was in 7z, was i supposed to install pack like normal mod and not extract it ?

Do you use some other mod manager now, like Vortex or something else?

 

I am not familiar with that follower mod, but if you use something else already, have you tried to install it with that?

The screenshot shows the folder format for MO2.  The mods themselves are located in the mods folder, saves are in the profiles folder, and the overwrite folder is a virtual folder for rewritable files

it's not one mod , it's pack of 1145 mods

what webcache for ? and do i install it in 7z or extract it ?

webcache is most likely only for MO2.  The archive will not be installed, you need to unpack it, and then it depends on how the mods are installed in the assembly.  Sorry, English is not my language.

I think you can just overwrite a clean MO2 profile, if you installed MO2 and run it you can set the base directory in Settings.

Then in that path it will be those folders in your screenshot, here my example located in the 'Base Directory' of MO2 setting

it took me hour to extract 300gb 7z file, and now i have to move it to another drive ?

 

but i think i get it, i have to extract 7z file then move files to ...../ModOrganizer/SkyrimSE/

What is highlighted in red are not mods, but "separators".  They are for convenience and do not affect anything in any way.

But it is better to activate the configured profile, which should be in the "profiles" folder and restart MO2.  Then all the mods and dividers will fall into place.

I am late but after overwriting your clean MO2 folders, you must click restore backup on the left pane select either racemenu or ece and also select restore a backup on the right pane for the plugin...Ignore the warning it will give...You then load the save file provided and enter the password in game or ur character will die automatically. Everything is in Korean btw.
