CBBE breast display glitch. Flat breast problem

I have a problem in Skyrim LE: whenever female character uses any animation which uses her breast, for example covering, chest flattens. Same happens with butt. It was not a big deal until I noticed that this happens even while having sex. Screenshots and load order are attached. I ran FNIS, but it didnt make any difference. Putting XMPSE at the end of the load order doesnt help either.

As a first step, I would reinstall XPMSE and then run FNIS.

Thank you. I feel very stupid -- Ive tried reinstalling FNIS, changing load orders in many ways, cleaning mods with tesedit, creating bash patches... I didnt even consider something such simple to be a solution. Also, it has somehow fixed another major problem of mine -- game freezing and then crashing. Everything works perfectly now, thanks to you.
