I don't know about easy, that node based modelling still looks like it needs a ton of artistic intuition to produce something believable.

 

What I would like is if you could make edits and then push a button to have AI pull everything to a plausible configuration for a given ethnicity/gender/age/weight/etc.

Daz studio might die after this thing gets released. Good riddance to their cheap, uncanny, and weirdly proportioned models. MetaHuman looks 10 times more realistic.
