I need help with the ragdoll system

I recently started using Special Edition for like the first time and I've noticed the ragdoll of my character seems a bit glitchy or in other words; in low fps, compared to the ragdoll of AI. I've made a quick video demonstrating it and I'll also leave my load order down below, altough from my modding experience in Oldrim, changing load order didn't really fix much 8/10 times. Altough I could be wrong and it's something else here on a 64 bit engine. If anyone came across this issue I'd appreciate any help you can throw my way.

The solution is simple - die less often.
Or - don't look.

 

But there is no problem that can be seen in your video. The only difference is the camera.

The ragdoll of my character is twitchy, that's what I'm trying to get fixed. I've never seen it do that
