They can do any other sort of romance. Depends on genders and WW settings so you will need to be more specific I think.  Do both live in the same household? Are they Male & Female or same sex?  Most sims generated or created are straight sex by default unless you change them in game. Think there is a shortcut maybe, shift+click on sim and select Wicked and look around for gender settings. Haven't used this much so IDK for sure.  I've been using the MC Command Center mod to change sims gender preferences when needed so...
