Update your game, it's outdated.

Also, the game's own LE, "lastException_somenumber.txt", mentions TwistedMexi's AlwaysTesting mod. If you have that mod, maybe it's buried to deep within some sub-folder of Mods or also outdated. If you don't have it, it's either required by some other mod (which means you need to download it) or you had it and removed it, but forgot to delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4" (which you should always do, after making changes to your Mods folder).
