Sims 4 keeps locking up when starting a game

Sims 4 used to work fine but now whenever I load a game or start a new one, right when gameplay starts, the game locks up. I can still hear sound effects and can even click on things and I hear the ui sounds, but nothing happens. The whole game is frozen in place. Wicked Whims and all my mods are updated. Heres my mods:

Its the latest version.

Try removing T-Mex All Cheats first

Then delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder

 

If that doesn't work attach your WickedInfoLog.log file using the white paperclip below when posting reply.

It's also in your TS4 folder.

 

All the BB Male parts are broken too along with skintones.
