Sims should retain makeup, hairstyles, etc., when undressing for sex but they don't when undressing for bathing/showering.

2 different hidden outfits are used.

Bathing (B) is considered as an outfit.

Outfit Tools mod when installed can copy your edited nude body with M H T (Makeup, Hair, Tattoos)

Command lines are a bit complicated to learn but instructions are provided.

ill give this a try but i want to make sure you understand that i'm talking about makeup sliders not remaining the same. they dont remain the same when undressing for sex.

Not sure about the makeup sliders but wonder if possibly they are just outdated or broken.

I use some myself but mostly they are for adjusting mouth sizes, eyes, brows, nose, etc.

Lipsticks are all presets so I just pick what I want and don't mess with any color tone sliders.

I never noticed any changes when my sims get naked.

Other causes for makeup changes:

Defaults, I prefer not to use anything default but only cc/overlays applied in CAS.

Skins, (Use Non-default Skin Overlays instead as they don't mess with makeup)

Duplicate cc makeup, using both presets and sliders that occupy the same area

(Different cc creators will use the same slots so if you have one by X and one by Y that use the same slots it can cause trouble)

(Make sure you only have one cc slider/preset for each type, lips, eyes, brows, etc.)
