Looking for a mod that hurts the player during sex

Hello i recently have gotten into modding skyrim with nsfw mods and id love to know if there any mods that hurt the player (slowly drain their hp) during sex so getting raped actually matters

 

For example i get raped by a creature or npc and as they are fucking me my hp is slowly draining giving me a reason to want to resist

It's not exactly what you asked for, but a wear & tear mod like Apropos 2 adds consequence for sex.  You can customize the wear amount by creature type, and add a scaling factor so that rough sex causes a lot more wear.  Wear results in debuffs and can add a crying facial effect.  Apropos 2 also has narration for sex events.  If you don't want that you can turn off the narration and only have the wear & tear.

For what you're looking for SL Utility1 is probably your best bet

 

 

You can set how much HP over time with risk of near death or death, factors like creatures too

Not exactly the same thing, but if you have "fill her up" installed and you stay at max inflation for too long, you'll take damage over time.  Should also mention that sometimes you can't drain cum.  If you've had sex too many times in row or at a high inflation, you'll be in too much pain to expel any cum.  Also has DD support so if you're plugged up and locked in a belt, you also won't be able to expel any cum.  It's a good supplement to DCL's rape system since rapist usually lock you in a belt after they're done with you
