Can't get Help - No Profile Page...

Sorry for using this as an access to get some help but the help access pop-up doesn't recognize my click so does nothing. 

 

Today, I tried to view my profile page - as I usually do every day.

All the peripheral frames and info pops up - but nothing displays where the text, comments, and submissions should be - just a black background.

I tried refreshing the page several times and even reloaded the browser and logged in again - still black background and no data.

 

Can you look into this please.

I am running an old 32 bit machine using vista and Chrome

Could be a high traffic issue? I've had my page load weird many times and had to try again later.

If there is high traffic or if Ashal is doing some admin functions this can happen.  Just wait a few hours and things should be back to normal.  Please stick to using the tech support section.

That must have been it - I have it now. 

Tried all the standard channels - nothing would work but adding a new topic in this section. 

The age verification stoped a lot of it - wouldn't complete. 

Thought it was something more serious
