Use followers requiring Enhanced Character Edit (esp) in a load order that uses RaceMenu?

Hi guys,

 

It was a long while back I remember someone on LL gave some detailed instructions how to use NPCs requiring ECE when you use Racemenu, but now that I come to need it I just can't remember.  Some preliminary searches on here and Google-ing seems to say it's possible and may involve somehow disabling ECE's esp, but I have not been able to find the needle in the haystack.

 

The mod requires EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp but I use RaceMenu.

 

Can anyone help?

The use of ECE and RaceMenu together should be read directly on the ECE or RaceMenu page - if I remember correctly.
