Camera Angle mod similar to what you would see in oldschool resident evil titles.

So i know there is a glitch then makes you stuck in a sort a resident evil like camera that stays in a certain angle until you load your inventory. But does anyone know of a camera mod that will allow this without the use of a bug?

There was a mod called "Skyrim customizable camera" or something like that, MCM configurable and camera could be set as any way you like it. (Shoulder, side, ass, over the top,etc).
