Make Vioxis Strapons move like bodytalk?

Was wondering if there is a way or if someone already has done it where Vioxis' Strapons are animated or however you call it.

Basically in most animations the bodytalk dick model is not just Straight, it flexes and changes angle(not sure how else to describe it)

Is there a way to make it so the strapon would do the same?
