Nipples Missing in CAS but not in game, the Fudge?

So after the last game update (thanks EA) the nipples on my sims went missing.   The thing is, they are not missing on all my sims and they seem to be only missing in CAS.  I've gone through my mods folder and I didn't seen any new default nude skin.  I've downloaded Wild Guy's Female Body detail (No effect in CAS).  I'm baffled as to the what and how this happened and was wondering if anyone could help me fix this?

Load order matters with this one as it must load before Wicked Whims.

Just be sure the files are in a folder and add a _ or ! in front of the folder name.

That will put it at the top of the load order, unless you have a Mac of course.
