Whats the difficulty to immigrate to somewhere like Denmark?

When I finish my studies I know I am not likely to find any sort of permanent work in NZ.

 

That area of the world seems very peaceful at the moment and according to some minor research I've done there is a good chance to find a job in a PA or EA type of work.

 

Anyone here actually from Denmark and know what the requirements are for successful immigration?
