Loverslab Worth of Mods Used in Video

I decided to take a break from my normal Fallout 4 characters to create a more brutal 18+ take on the wasteland, but for a male slave forced to work by raiders under the scorching sun of the badlands. It took a few test characters (failed), and there's a usual mix of odd mod interactions, but Slave Dog is a cool take that so far has been pretty interesting as a story. Not RP'd, just chatter as I go about trying to see how the mods might make the wasteland a solid slog. 

 

I'm using such mods as Hardship, V's Kidnapping, Crime and Punishment, Advanced Needs 2, CRX, Real Handcuffs, Desperados Overhaul, Badlands 2, my Dusty Dude Series of Immersion mods (Nexus) related to the desert, including a slowly-being revamped version of Sexual Harassment (for this male slave). Each video slowly adds those mods as I try to find a good mix that won't make a total mess.

 

Imagine the worst desert in your mind on the hottest day - this badlands can be worse.

Episodes 1 - 8 are fully available, but 9 is still processing the HD version. Sometimes the mod interactions are pretty hilarious!

Episodes 9 - 16 are available with 16 still processing HD. The mods interact is many weird ways that can totally tell a story that I find pretty funny and interesting. It is the Bethesda engine, so you have to work console magic here and there to solve that problem too.

 

Kidnapped by Bedlam and gang? Forced to walk the scorching hot badlands shirtless, bare ass and barefoot back to Sanctuary so they can tear up the interloping Red's gang, the gang that owns Slave Dog? Kidnapped later by Gunners, but convince the Captain to escort you to Bunkerhill by way of sexual favors? That's Slave Dog. Wearing only the 2lb shock collar locked around his neck, he makes for a pretty interesting take on a brutal fallout existence where slavery is so ubiquitous that even someone like Blake Abernathy might buy a slave if his farm needed one.

 

This badlands is hot. Real hot.

I had time to watch a couple of chapters on Sunday and is great! The gameplay is similar in style to mine, and I was looking for new ideas. Even though I don't have the desert mod, I loved it so much that maybe I'll install it ?

 

Well, maybe you like the idea of using the NO-VATS mod since a slave does not carry a pipboy. With this mod, VATS is only activated when you use laser or plasma weapons. I love it, although at first I was not used to playing without VATS.

 

I also use "player.forceav carryweight 20" to limit the weight capacity of the slave. Then I use backpack mods, although I modified so that the extra weight is only 10 and 15 more.

 

Another very good mod is Adetu's, it would be a kind of "Pet Collar". You can modify various options in the MCM, but I made the following adjustments. You cannot wear vanilla clothes, you cannot sleep more than 8 hours a day and you cannot buy / sell while you have a slave collar, leaving you only left with theft and prostitution as a method of obtaining money. You can wear mod clothes, so I prepared a set of suitable clothes.

 

Finally, I modified Hardship so that the pimp gets all the money. In return, my slave receives foods and drink. I moved the pimp to Corvega, with the Raider from Pet raiders.

One last detail of the Adetu mod is that it reduces your SPECIAL points. My slave is a woman, her strength is 1 (so that other mods that reduce strength don't interfere with the weight capacity I defined)., and the rest is distributed as best she can. And since I have the mod that significantly reduces experience points, she uses the few perks that benefit theft, thanks to "Perk Requirements Removed"

Oh, the idea of having a robot-raider that follows you and collects your money or electrocutes you is great.

Cool, thanks a ton for checking them out. I loathe the vanilla F4 landscape, so I try for a badlands playthrough as often as I can. It does break precombine, so Boston can be a real chore lol.

Episodes 17 through 23 now available. Slave Dog and the raider-hacked bot have strange adventures that sometimes work out pretty nicely for the raiders.

 

Over time the Red's brothel seems to be the center of a possible new town of less than pleasant scavvers and others.
