I can't download Wicked Whims

Every time I try to download the file, it disappears from my download folder. I've tried many things to download it but I can't get it. So if someone knows why I can't download it and could tell me why, that would be nice.

Win10 and other Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware software might detect it as unsafe, malware, NSFW, +18 adult content.
