My Follower/NPC keeps on pissing

I have a strange problem. Al of a sudden my follower(s) started pissing (while dressed) . The only thing that stops it, is the command (Let's get naked) . But redressing, makes him start pissing again. I searched and searched the internet, but I seem to be the only one with this strange bug. Does anyone have any Idea what it could be? And yes, I am a newbe.
