Yes, if you have University DLC.

Also there are some robot skins that humans can wear if you don't have UNI.

 

I found a few mods for UNI servos you can change them to look like a human android but they still function as a servo and need charging.

Females at least can have a vagina and boobs that work with WW but won't work for WW autonomous sex, it's manual mode only.

Servos can't change clothing for WW sex so you have to equip them in CAS with an open skirt bottom or use a top only that hangs real low.
