ok another issue (npc idle animations)

so originally i was using win7 moved over to win10, the other day i found a few character save files i thougt i lost ...

 

so overjoyed i tried them on the new win10 skyrim (same mods, same install order, same load order) so by rights they should work fine i thought!

 

on a few saves a few default follower npc;'s like lydia etc. walk around as if they're bound hands behind the back... now i know wasnt like that before....

 

so i did the default.... resurrect, removeallitems(incase), disable, enable, resetai... yet a few still are doing this..

 

for the love of god im sure i fixed this before, but i cant remember how to reset an npc idle anim via console..

 

anyone know the command/s?

Remove all items from selected NPC	removeallitems
Reset NPC to original inventory	resetinventory

 

Resurrect targeted corpse

resurrect

 

Cheat Codes

 

If that doesn't work, I think you could try reinstalling XPMSE

Sounds as if you have DD installed. The 'default' isn't to do all that nonsense in the console.

If you use PCEA2 there is a setting in the MCM called 'refresh all animations now' or similar. Use that.

If that doesn't work look at the DD mods.

already tried the first 3 i said before, codes didnt help either... plus im not sure reinstalling xpmse would help as newer char saves dont have this issue..

 

ie need to reset the npc's idle animation.

It's a mod - FNIS PCEA2. If you don't know it then you probably haven't got it installed so go straight to the DD mods and do not pass Go.
