Bendu Olo - No dialogue text

Hi guys,

 

I am doing the Bendu Olo tutorial quest and the text "Why, yes, now that you mention it. Some dirty thief has made off with my amulet. Would you be so kind as to... ahem... fetch it back?" is not appearing at all. I have the option to accept the quest or not, either one also does not show any follow up text from the NPC.

 

here is an actual screenshot of the issue. Also, i have generated the SEQ file from Tes5Exit and dropped it into Skyrim/Data/SEQ and also the SEQ folder in the mod via MO2.

Did you record the empty audio the tutorial mentioned? The subtitles are only displayed for the duration of the voiceover. And if you made it too short or not at all no subtitels show up.

 

But the more common solution is to just install the mod "Silent voice - Fuz Ro Doh"

No modder includes tons of empty audio with their mods. Fuz Ro Doh makes it that unvoiced dialoge always displayes subtitels for a fitting amount of time.
