Deleted a mod in Skyrim LE and now when I launch the game even waiting for an hour the game does not open.

I installed it with Vortex and removed it with it as well. I know the game didn't close after launching because I can see it in task manager when you click for more details and down in the background processes. I am not to sure which mod it was, since I removed all the nsfw mods simultaneously, but I remember if I disabled the mod with the chain bang of animals on the start up sequence the game would do the same thing. It was either creature framework or another creature mod. I currently have a very precariously balanced mod order, with many mods converted to light plugins, merged, in a bashed patch, or some other way of bypassing the mod limit. If there is something that I can do without purging all the affected folders, then that would be great! Thank you for your time!

Your title says 'LE'.

From your description of events the problem could be anything.

Was the mod you deleted part of your Bashed Patch?

Was the mod a master for some other mod?

Where exactly does the get to before it hangs?

Does Vortex show any warnings?

If you load all your mods into that it might shouw which mod it's halting at.

T5E does that? ? Maybe I'm wrong or maybe the SE version is different but I don't think T5E can do that.

It's not part of Bashed, I also stated all nsfw mods were removed so even if it was a master it would not matter, I meant special edition, Vortex does not show any warning, it hangs right after clicking run SKSE. What I really need is someone who might be familiar with the mod in question and knows what might be causing problems.
