I unzipped all the files, drag and dropped everything from the 3DMigoto enabler into Steam>steamapps>common>P5S, then drag and dropped jmedia7's 1.0 mod and replaced the duplicate files, then 1.2, then the modified .exe, and then put the Lamia mod into Steam>steamapps>common>P5S>mods

As I don't actually have 3DMigoto installed and haven't got the slightest clue how to install or use it (someone plz teach me or link a guide), I can't refresh mods in game and really only grabbed it since a different mod's description on Nexus said it was a requirement. I can confirm that the girls' models change on the title screen, but still wore their regular clothes when I started a new save.

 

I've got it at least partially working since the title screen models change, but not the ones in actual gameplay, someone who knows more than me plz advise.

On a side note, I can confirm that the Personas from https://www.nexusmods.com/persona5strikers/mods/2 will work this way.

Tried several different pre modified .exe files, but the outfit changes are only displaying nude on the title screen and in menus and swimsuits in Metaverse thus far, still wearing regular clothes in overworld (Sophia doesn't noticeably change at all). Currently using jmedia7's modded .exe from page 8,  plz advise.

Ann has.... whatever this is going on with her legs at the beach in Okinawa. Looks like a silhouette that's out of alignment with the rest of her model, she didn't have it in the Jails (or at least it wasn't obvious enough for me to notice) and the other girls don't have it at all. 

Using the same mods as before (jmedia7's modified .exe, 1.0, and 1.2 + the 3DMigoto enabler (and recolored jacket and mask for Joker on the same mod page) and the Personas from the Thicksona mod page both from Nexus. The girls are still only nude on the title screen and in menus, with the swimsuits worn in place of their Phantom Thief outfits (Sophia isn't noticeably different and Ann's swimsuit is black like in the picture).

Finally got everything working: 

1.Removed everything and reinstalled vanilla game 

2. Drag and dropped jmedia7's 1.0 mod

3. Drag and dropped jmedia7's 1.2 mod

4. Drag and dropped Joker's jacket and mask color change mod from the 3DMigoto enabler mod page on Nexus (only the color change and nothing else, used red jacket and blue mask)

5. Drag and dropped the Persona and boss/ npc mods from Thicksona mod page on Nexus (Boss Mariko, npc Koburagi; nude/ exposed versions of Carmen, Milady, Pandora, Boss Alice, Fortuna, High Pixie, Hua Po, Lilim, Pixie, Silky, and Succubus; Ame-no-Uzume, Kali, Kikuri-Hime, Lamia, Lilith, Queen Mab, Sarasvati, and Valkyrie from the other version of the Personas mod on the same page)

 

No conflicts that I've seen, although launching the game or hitting F10 pops up several instances of "WARNING: Unrecognized entry: run =commandlistn2general" in the top left corner of the game window (presumably related to the Thicksona mods), which doesn't seem to actually cause any issues and the messages will disappear on their own after a short time.

Guys, Does anyone knows that how to install the strikers zip? I follow the tutorial, change females clothes to swimsuit then I install the mods. But the model went wrong, it didn't display the nudes instead showed many black areas on the original swimsuit

Scroll up. The post I made on 2/25 outlines what I did to get it working, and I have quotes you can use to jump to the dl for files I got + links to Nexus pages in one of my earlier posts. 

Extract the zip files to wherever once you have them, keep a backup of the unmodded game somewhere as a precaution, and then follow the instructions I posted. 

Files from jmedia7's mods go into Steam >steamapps >common >P5S, everything after that goes into the "Mods" folder that should be in P5S if you installed the jmedia7 mods correctly. 

Some of those mods contain multiple options (I'm going to use Thicksona 5 Carmen as an example):

1. extract the zip files for the options (ideally divided into folders by what they change and then a folder for each option in a category) 

2. Pick the options you like (I'm picking large breasts, black attire, remove a servant, and oily skin)

3. Drag and drop files from the selected options to the corresponding location in the main folder for the character (Persona Carmen) and replace the existing files. Black attire and oily skin (.dds files) go in "textures"; large breasts (.fmt, .ib, and .vb files) go in "meshes"; and remove a servant (.ini files) go in the main "Persona Carmen" folder.

4. Drag and drop the main "Persona Carmen" (or whoever you used) folder into P5S >Mods

5. Launch the game, hit F10 on your keyboard, and then check that Carmen (or whoever you chose) has the options you wanted (you can do that from the menu for Persona's and in a Jail for Ann, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, and Sophia. Mariko and Alice require fighting the boss again to see and aren't reflected in cutscenes, Koburagi only shows up at all a few times so the easiest way to check her is by starting a new game to see her during the police briefing)

I used Strikers 1.0 and 1.2 alongside the powershell script method and had to delete the shaderfix and cache folders in order to display properly

Assuming you're using Steam:

1. Remove everything and reinstall the vanilla game (delete everything in Steam> steamapps>common>P5S and then verify files if you don't have a backup of the vanilla) 

2. Unzip the files from Strikers 1.0, 1.2, and (optionally) Thicksona 5 to their own folders

3. Configure anything that has different options to choose from the way you want it 

4. Drag and drop the files from Strikers 1.0 into Steam>steamapps>common>P5S and replace the files in destination

5. Drag and drop files from Strikers 1.2 in the same place and replace the files in destination

6. Drag and drop the main folders for any characters you want from Thicksona 5 mod to Steam>steamapps>common>P5S>Mods

7. Launch the game and hit F10 on your keyboard once the game window is up

 

If you did everything correctly, Ann, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru's models should be changed on the title screen. The .exe in Strikers 1.0 changes the female Phantom Thief outfits (changing their regular clothes makes the game extremely prone to crashing, especially at cutscenes) to their swimsuits, which are turned nude by the mod. That means they'll only be nude in Jails and presumably at the beach (I don't have a save there to check and didn't get the mods working correctly until after I was past that part of the game). If you're using Thicksona 5, you can check that the Personas (and by extension the enemy versions of them) are affected in the menu; Alice and Mariko are only changed in boss form and don't reflect the changes in cutscenes (for example: Mad Rabbit Alice is still clothed in the transformation cutscene, and then nude in the actual battle). Koburagi doesn't have a whole lot of screen time and the fastest way to see if she was changed is probably just to start a new game and check her model during the police briefing.

i had it working vanilla just fine with proton ge 9.04, but now no matter what version of proton I try I just get the error “sorry, something went wrong” and it wont launch.

Why are you hitting F2? That's the button to toggle the mods on and off.

The directions I gave were to hit F10.

Oh hey, I made that! Honestly the fact that people have modded P5S surprises me, I've tried a couple times and given up every single time. If I had the game on steam, I'd probably install some of these mods, but unfortunately, I'm broke.

Made some mods for the switch version. Don't know if it works on pc. Makoto, haru, ann, futaba. P5SswtichNudeAllV1 version replaces all outfits since it doesn't seem to crash like on pc. Haru only replaces the pt outfit due to issues. Also a glitch with haru where her torso may change materials and become shiny, restarting the game fixes it. Not sure what causes that. 

Place the 0100801011c3e000 folder into the atmosphere contents folder.

I did this on the switch version. Would be possible on pc but would very time consuming.

I don't believe the Switch mods work for PC, so I'll just keep alternating which exe I use depending on the part of the game I'm in.

I am kinda confused. Got the game from Humblebundle and wanted to check for a good nude mod. There is one on Nexus but it states it won't add nudes for the main chars on this thread there is a lot going but I am confused what is for what as it seems they are mixed for PC and consoles.

Which of the posts is for the main chars for PC?

I didn't do anything. It's the Okinawa beach during the initial day there, swimsuits are automatic because most of the Phantom Thieves are just spending time on the beach until they go to the Jail.
