Mod priorities and mod load sequence help requested

ill be honest ive been downloading pretty much any mod that suits my fancy however the load sequence is kicking my rear. Looking for a stable mod load listing for fallout 4 and help in getting MCM working on my steam version. its all making me scratch my head in frustration
