Help please (Load Order or Mod Issue)

I'm unsure what exactly the issue is, Load Order is organized by Vortex and then checked with LOOT. Nothing is popping out immediately as the issue, I've even removed some of the mods I thought might be the problem. F4SE is up to date. Vortex won't load it at all, NMM gets me as far as the main menu before CTD. I've spent a day and a half with downloading, installing, and attempting to troubleshoot. I really don't want to uninstall everything again and start over. Any help would be appreciated.

Just disable group of mods and test untill you will find problem mod

So after a week of messing with it, not finding the issues, temporarily giving up and trying again later, I've managed to get it working. The issue was somewhere in the heavy script mods, but it required a fresh install not just disabling them. I do not know which mod it was exactly, I do know I'm no longer using the HUD, perk, Lvlup Menu, SS2, or power armor overhaul mods. I didn't test them first and decided I'd already wasted enough time getting it to work that I didn't really need any of them.
