Can't change resolution.

So recently I just got an ultra wide monitor and I have been trying to adjust the resolution on skyrim to match it. I've literally tried everything! I have MO and I wen't to my ini options within the manager and tried to edit the res from there but nothing happens. I did the other method and tried to edit the ini's from the documents folder but nothing worked. I tried the skyrim launcher but that isn't working either.

 

Lastly I tried to add Onetweak and that didn't change or have any kind of affect on the game what so ever. So i got rid of it and there was no change in that either. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?! I really don't believe I have a mod that is overwriting my ini's but i will show my mod list anyway.

Have you tried changing your ENB's ini? When I tried using an ENB I seem to remember that being a necessary step.
