something like this...closest mesh I found was the pet-collar from the mod of the same name, maybe just a retex? Ideally something using the same slot as DD ones so I can actually implement it. The plan is to use it as a custom one for "Submissive lola", it would strike just the right balance of dressy and humiliating.

I modify the texture for the PetCollar mod, try it.

Nice, but...any way to make this look more chromed? Any tips on how to edit textures like this?

It is possible to do this, but the mesh parameters must be changed in NifSkope, for example.
