I played the game for like a couple minutes after getting the error message in game and everything seemed to be normal still, so I didn't encounter any serious errors, just got the pop up that it should be reported.

Outdated Tunable Resource Error

Outdated Tunable Resource requires removing.

Tunable Game Resource with name 'Basemental:GoTo_Rehab_ThirdRehab_RabbitHole_Interaction' contains incorrect/outdated information.

You need to locate the PACKAGE file, in your The Sims 4 Mods folder, that contains this resource and remove it. Try starting with the oldest modifications you have.
If this is a new issue, try removing the most recent mod you have installed.........

 

Update Basemental drugs............delete localthumbcache.pkg file too whenever you make changes to the mods folder.....
