Racemenu presets look deformed

So I've been having this issue for a while with trying to get racemenu presets to work properly. I've tried using multiple presets and they all seem to have the same issue and for the life of me I can't figure out what the problem is. I tried a while ago with Nexus Mod Manager, and recently decided to try again but this time using Mod Organiser (So much better!) but still the issue has persisted. I've checked and made sure I have all the required mods and I'm certain that I do. I tried using This mod and I have attached images of the results. I'll also leave a link to my modwatch bellow. If anyone can shine some light on the issue, it would be very appreciated!

FWIW... One thing that will (for me) cause distortion is applying a racemenu preset made for a given race (ex: Elven) to another race (ex: Nord).
