Ever since I updated to the latest version, everything listed above has kind of disappeared. I can't click on any of it, but other sims I'm not playing can interact with all those items without a problem. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, and repairing with no luck. Anyone else dealing with this? Any recommendations?

Custom windows and doors had been broken by a patch a while ago, but most of them should have received an update by now. Also make sure that all your mods are up-to-date in general - especially larger sricpt mods like WW or MCCC. And always delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electonic Arts/The Sims 4", after making changes to your Mods folder.

If the issue is not limited to CC stuff, try running the game without mods (move them somewhere else, like a folder on your Desktop). CC will be missing (obviously), but vanilla game stuff should work just fine. By gradually adding your mods back into the game (either a few at a time or 50/50), you can then find any broken files and troublemakers. Again, remember to delete "localthumbcache", and try to be smart about how you add mods. Don't mix script mods and CC like CAS items or furniture, test major ones like MCCC and WW first (these shouldn't give you trouble anyway), and maybe use the opportunity to categorize your stuff, if you haven't done so already (i.e. one subfolder for every script mod, one for clothing,...). Don't create subfolders within these subfolders - the game won't read files that are "buried" there.

I already have everything categorized, and I've tried moving both WW and MCCC out, and still had the same problem. The house my Sim lives in has no CC, but I will be going through the CC now to see if that's what's causing it. Thank you!

Was this ever resolved? The same thing is happening to me. My game only starts working after I remove the Wicked Whims mod altogether, but I've already updated it (to the newest version from yesterday). Nothing to do with my CAS or Buy/Build CC, it only happens when WW is involved. Missing my favorite mod!

I can only say that WW + vanilla game is not causing any issues for me. My Buy/Build CC collection is rather limited, but doors and windows have been updated following the game patch that broke most of them and I haven't seen any bugs/glitches in-game (I haven't played much over the last few months, so I'm not entirely certain that all of my CC is 100 percent problem free). Still, since that patch (don't ask me, which one it was in particular - these days, all game patches apparently break some mods and CC) broke windows, doors and other Build mode CC, I am pretty sure that your issue is not caused by WW.

Maybe try a game repair, if all else fails.

It was resolved! I found it was just some CC Make-Up I downloaded. I hope you've figured it out!
