I'm 90% sure its on this site and skyrim but I have a terrible memory so I could be mistaken and this could just be a bit of a waste. But the mod in question had a gif showing the effect, of a character's belly being distended while getting fucked. And it also had a picture of the vagina and anus insides without the body.
