the square is for the buttons for "rape target", "bestiality target" and "hero character"

those buttons only appear when the right options are activated in the settings

make sure you look into all 5 settings pages and set the game up the way you want it.

 

if it still doesn't work, press ctrl+F12 in game to create a hugslog and link it here for more experienced players/modders to help you

you have to activate rape and bestiality in mod options, and age matters too.
