Darinor Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Ok, so i never had this problem before and im not new to modding even though its been awile so i think my memories been slacking lately. I import my clothes into nifskope from with no problem. Everything looks fine. I do the update tangent space thing and i open up CS and set up my new clothes but when i test to drop it into oblivion world, it appears as that yellow "!" and whats worse is when i open up the preview to put it on a female she looks like this bizzare statue thing http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/1962/tesconstructionset20111.jpg pretty crazy huh? So i go back into nifskope and see if the problem since i did save the blend file with the upperbody and appeared in nifkope as a nitristip so i delete it and now the body doesn't appear. I was thinking that maybe something went bad with my skeleton or since i rescaled the clothes that might of screwed it up but maybe not since i re-scaled it in edit mode and not object....gah Help?xD im going crazy and i searched the net to find a solution but i can't find any. sotty if im not making any sense..im just tired of this ha
solstice37 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 The upperbody appearing in Nifskope as a nitristip is fine so I don't know why you deleted it. The yellow "!" in oblivion is telling you that you are missing something. Check both the textural path/skeleton in Nifskope. If worst comes to worst you might have to rig and skin the clothes. If I could see the .nif I could be more helpful since my gut feeling is that I have overlooked something.
galgat Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 it does look like the nitristripsdata is corupted... but other than that I can not tell you.

Alright thanks...i guess i'll just suck it up and start over from scratch since i still can't see what the problem is even after rigging the whole thing.
