F4SE Problem

Had an issue when I had to reload the game. I updated F4SE to latest version of the game and installed it like I always have per Gophers video. Loaded the same mods as I used before. Game ran from F4SE launcher fine the first time. After that, it would start to load, then kick back out to desktop before getting to menu screen. I at first suspected some of my older mods, but since this was happening before the game could actually be launched, I started looking at F4SE. I went into the properties tab for it and ran the compatibility wizard. It changed some settings and now seems to work fine. Has anyone else had this issue with the latest F4SE? First time I have had this issue.

How to Install F4SE for Fallout 4 (2020) - Script Extender v0.6.20 - YouTube I have been using this person's guide for a while now without problems, including the latest F4SE 6.21.  Am also using Vortex and know that all mod loaders are not equal..
