... that is a very good question. I don't know.

 

Answer is more than likely "yes" because i honestly have no faith Chuckle Fish would custom-package the game in such a way you can't load local mods. However, where it would install, i don't know. But hey, if it's in the Xbox Gamepass, you're essentially not paying anything for it, you're more-so paying for all the other games, so nothing to lose there.

 

And for reference, here's their blog post, mentions nothing of mods, and describes that version as "identical to other PC versions".
