Large eyes

The eyes themselves are from this one http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=50782455&searchtext=anime+eyes or http://bbs.3dmgame.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3059494 might just need to trial and error different ones I have over 1k eyes and this is the biggest one that I have for eyes. 

It could also be that the person took a eye and modified it to be bigger. If all else fails have player sit on a tack that should get those eyes big.  But I would say that the eyes in the picture have been modified to that size must be a custom one as I haven't seen anything that big anywhere.

ECE allows you to adjust many things the vanilla facegen does not. Eye size, rotation, placement and distance to name a few.

You should try it.
