Body piece is different, but you can take corset without a jacket from Katarina set on nexus, or from h2135 fantasy series 6, All of those are modular, so it shouldnt be a problem.

You can probably get something quite close out of luxury collection as well.

A late answer but hopefully it helps anyone still interested. When I saw this picture I thought of two authors H2135 and COCO.

 

For the left piece, the tops design closely resembles H2135's Fantasy Series 2, which also comes with long pants. For the body suit/top on the right, I would say Coco's Deliciously Bride, which comes in the blush/rose. Another alternative for the pants would be H2135's Modern Series 3, for a more sleek design and Coco's Goddess of War V2 for pants with embellishments on the side leg.

 

For the short shoulder cape, I'd say both H2135's Modern Series 7 and Coco Mulan outfits have nice options in different patterns. For the long cape/cloak, shoes and accessories, both these mod authors have a variety to select from in a number of mods they offer. Each piece can be mixed and matched interchangeably with one another for a unique look
