Some sort of transformation mod idk

I am looking for a mod, or someone to create a mod similar to the being a cow mod from skyrim. Like it would slowly change the player into the vulpine race or the selachii race, and there would be multiple stages like fur starting to appear on hands, or the selachii skin starting to encroach onto the player until they are the new race. An idea I have is that the transformation happens due to radiation exposure, and once the final stage happens it is un-reversible. I am basically just asking because I lack the capabilities to make a mod, let alone a mod of this caliber (asking for a friend, definitely not because transformation is something I am into).

An FO4 version/variant of BAC would be amazing, especially since we have Wasteland Dairy Framework now.
