[SEARCH] (SSE) Smoother Face Mesh?

I'm currently frustrated with some pointed edges on my character's face mostly on behind the cheeks, on the cheekbones, and near the corners of the mouth also I have enlarged back jaw bones and none of the racemenu sliders seem to have effect is there a mod that'll fix these problems?
