Need help, Sims seem to cancel the "Ask for sex" option

When I tell either a controlled sim or an NPC sim to have sex with another sim, they seem to engage in a conversation for a second but they don't go to the place I assign them to have sex at, nor do they have sex at all. Can anyone tell me why this happens? Am I doing this wrong? I'm pretty sure I downloaded the mods right.

Did you also download at least a few animations?

 

Might just be the WW settings need some changes.

See if my settings help at all and if not then something else is going on.
